2023 Ready , Set, Go!

Business in Real estate is always changing, yet always here, ready to be tackled in one form or another. The new year is just starting. What is the real estate world holding for you in 2023?

Some are holding on to their buy and hold properties, while others are still very into wholesaling. They are comfortable being the middleman and navigating the moving parts. Some are abandoning the Air B and B's and moving towards short term rentals for traveling or visiting nurses. Some are purchasing land to hang on to until it appreciates to their liking, while others acquire the land for the quick flip.

The wonderful thing is that there is something out there for everyone.

If you are a seasoned investor, it might be easier for you to go with the flow and pursue what will give you the most bang for your buck during the current market. However, if you are a beginner, the different voices in your ears might be making you a bit nervous.
